Who we are
DMX Pro Sales has been in business since 2015, selling DMX hardware and lighting control products from Austin, Texas. For more than ten years we have been the US distributor for DMXking, so getting DMX onto a network and keeping it there is what we do every day.
DMX Core started as the controller we wanted to sell for permanent installations. Work on the DMX Core 100 codebase began in September 2022 and has continued without a break since. It runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux, or on dedicated touchscreen hardware, and outputs Art-Net, sACN, and KiNet directly from the machine it runs on. It records a show from an external console and plays it back on its own, on a schedule or on a trigger, and it connects to the rest of the AV system over OSC, MQTT, a REST API, Q-SYS, Symetrix, and the other integrations listed on the features page.
The software is written in-house by the same people who answer support, drawing on 30 years of enterprise software architecture experience. The release notes show what changed in each version and when. DMX Core products run in nightclubs, restaurants, houses of worship, corporate AV systems, and themed entertainment venues.
