These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dmxcore.com website, the DMX Core software, and any related hardware products (collectively, the "Services") provided by DMX Pro Sales, LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry safety standards, particularly when controlling lighting equipment in live or public environments.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the DMX Core software on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or modify the software except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
Hardware products are sold subject to the warranty and return policies stated at the time of purchase. Hardware must be installed and operated in accordance with the included documentation. Improper installation or modification may void the warranty and create safety hazards.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials provided through the Services are the property of DMX Pro Sales, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, show files, or other materials to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Lighting control involves equipment that can cause property damage, fire, or injury if misused; you are solely responsible for safe operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMX Pro Sales, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DMX Pro Sales, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
